In the centre of the village, within a cluster of trees, myrtles and hydrangeas, operates the Pansion Galini restaurant since 2015. In our lovely courtyard you can enjoy your Breakfast or Brunch with a wide variety of options from around the world (Greek, American, English, Turkish, Hawaiian), your coffee, as well as some special flavours like “Greek coffee with Rosewater”, “Espresso freddo Passion” (with cinnamon stick and orange peel), a wide variety of Smoothies with fresh fruits and savoury or sweet homemade Pancakes and as well as several choices of omelettes.
From the afternoon on, it’s worth trying the homemade “Pizza” made with thin yeast dough, chicken fillet marinated with honey and curry sauce, spicy “Mexican” tortilla with fresh minced meat, corn, caramelised onions and peppers with yogurt sauce as well as the “Spaghetti” with fresh sauces, cooked with herbs and spices of the island.
Alternatively you can try and some Vegetarian & vegan dishes, such as Chickpeas with caramelised onions, Briam (traditional greek dish with mixed vegetables and tomato sauce roasted in the oven), Risotto with White Truffle mushrooms and many more.

It is always nice to have an excellent experience when you arrive first time in a place. For my wife and I, it was the first time in Therme-Samothraki and we had the pleasure to stay at Galini. The rooms are basic, but clean and verry coasy, you feel the real greek way of life. The breakfast was a delight, with plenty to choose from. But nothing would be perfect without the owner intervention. Thasos (as he recommends himself) is a nice, wellcoming person, all the time on the property, having as a main concern his guests well being. Also if you count the fact that he is a Vespa and vintage bikes fan...things could not be better. So,if you want a nice stay, go to Galini.

We absolutely loved coming to Galini for breakfast and dinner. The food was amazing and the music was perfect for an enjoyable experience. However, the best part of Galini was Tasos, who gave us wonderful information and always made sure we were attended to. He makes all of his food with love and treats his guests like family. We thank you and hope to see you again
